We are also proud to offer the latest and most unique promotional solutions and ideas designed to promote your products and services, through creating maximum exposure and recognition of your logo.

POLICY FOR CUSTOM IMPRINTED PRODUCTS (PROMOTIONAL GIFT ITEMS):

Once an order is placed, an acknowledgement will be sent via email with instructions regarding artwork submission, details on production schedule, payment terms, shipping options and costs. If an order is cancelled after production begins, the customer is responsible for all charges incurred up until that point. A cancellation charge and restocking fee may also apply, depending on the extent of progress.

Artwork submission: Accptable formats include Adobe Illustrator, EPS, Photoshop, and Coral Draw. Vector lineart is preferred. We will attempt to use artwork submitted to our best ability; however, in the case that artwork submitted requires modification(s), an art fee will be accessed at the rate of $50.00 / hour. We encourage all GreenPearle customers to confirm format of artwork before forwarding to us to avoid additional charges.

Proofs: Once an order is placed, ONE virtual proof will be emailed for approval at no charge after submission of artwork. Any further changes or additional proofs will be invoiced at the rate of $15.00 per proof.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: GreenPearle.com is strongly committed to the satisfaction of its customers and will stand behind the quality of its products. All defective merchandise will be replaced, no questions asked. Refunds or credit will be given on a case to case basis, depending on the specific circumstance of the order.

Defects: All claims of defects or discrepancies must be made within 15 days after delivery of merchandise. GreenPearle.com is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit. All claims must be filed with the carrier of the customer's choice. We will assist in this process to the fullest extent possible. GreenPearle.com purchases insurance with every order shipped unless otherwise instructed by the customer. If insurance is not purchased at customer's request, GreenPearle.com will not be responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit.

TOTAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

At Greenpearle.com we strongly believe in the quality and workmanship of our products. All items are backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive for any reason, simply send it back to us in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt to receive a refund or exchange, minus shipping charges. All defective products are refunded or exchanged. For non-defective returns, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Certain items do not qualify for a refund unless product is defective. These are noted on their respective product pages.

GIFT PACKAGING

Once you find that perfect gift, you'll want to send it to that special someone right away. With our gift packaging service, sending someone a great looking gift is as easy as a few mouse clicks. All items can be shipped in our Standard Gift Packaging (Gift Wrap with Ribbon) at $4.95 per item. Simply select "YES" for the Gift-Wrap option during check out.

PAYMENT METHODS

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cashiers checks and money orders are also accepted.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after they are placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once the order is shipped.

All orders are shipped at a FLAT RATE of $7.99 via USPS Priority Mail Service, or $9.99 via Federal Express Ground Service, regardless of quantity. Overnight service is also available through Federal Express for most locations.

NOTE: For certain items, the actual cost for shipping may be different from the amount shown during checkout. GreenPearle.com reserves the right to re-calculate shipping charges if the OVERNIGHT option is chosen for an order. A notification will be sent via email to indicate the correct amount within 24 hours after placement of order. We must receive a written confirmation that the new amount is acceptable before shipment.

GREENPEARLE.COM CURRENTLY DOES NOT ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CANADA. ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED FROM ALL STATES WITHIN THE U.S., INCLUDING ALASKA AND HAWAII.

CANADIAN ORDERS

Shipping and handling charges do not include import duties, related taxes, and GST. Consult your local government office if you have questions about duties or GST.

Note: For all Canadian orders there will be an additional US$10.00 handling charge per order.

SALES TAX

There is no sales tax required except for residents of California.

RETURN POLICY

A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number is required when returning any merchandise. Please email us at returns@greenpearle.com with your invoice date and number, along with the reason for return. An RMA number will be issued within 48 hours, and the item must be received FREIGHT PREPAID within 15 business days. For your protection we strongly suggest using an insured carrier, for Greenpearle.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items that are lost or damaged during transit. Once the item is received in good condition, a refund will be issued. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Greenpearle.com reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges to items that appear used or damaged. Items returned without a RMA number will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

All Items can be exchanged for another item of EQUAL or LESSER value ONLY. When exchanging for an item of a lesser value, the difference will be refunded.
