All purchases through GreenPearle is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below. We recommend reviewing the following information prior to ordering. By submitting an order for products or services, we assume your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below.

All merchandise not to your satisfaction will be replaced, or a refund will be issued. In some cases a discount may also be offered as a potential resolution. Payment Options

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, company checks, money orders, cashiers checks, wire transfers, and company purchase orders on approved credit. Please contact a representative regarding credit terms and approval process via phone or email. Credit card transactions will not be processed until order is approved. Credit card orders shipped to a location other than the billing address may require additional verification. Sales tax is collected only on shipments to CA. Prices indicated are in U.S. dollars, orders are transacted in the same. International customers are recommended to remit payment via wire transfer to expedite the ordering process.

Prices & Availability

Due to constant fluctuations of inventory levels, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. In most cases, inventory issues will be notified prior to processing of an order; however in some cases we may not anticipate sudden and drastic changes in stock levels. We will do our best to advise of any possible substitutions of similar products when this occurs.

Cancellations or Changes to Existing Orders

Once an order is APPROVED (art proof confirmed and payment processed), cancellations may warrant a service fee which may include, but not limited to, art charges, setup charges, restocking fees (up to 15% of item cost), or shipping charges.

We understand unforeseen changes may occur, it is our mission to ensure our customer's satisfaction regardless of the specific circumstance, within reason. However, we do recommend our customers make sure they are certain of the requirement before making a purchase, to avoid any complications or potential issues.

Ordering Process:

Once a purchase request is submitted via email, request form, or by phone, an acknowledgement will be forwarded via email with instructions regarding artwork submission, details on production schedule, payment terms, shipping options and costs.

PROOFING: Your order WILL NOT enter production until we have your approval on artwork, so you will know how your product will look BEFORE you receive it! Please keep in mind in order to deliver within timline promised, we must receive approval within 1 business day, or we may have to ask for a bit more time to get the product to you.

Artwork requirements: Acceptable formats include Adobe Illustrator, EPS, Photoshop, and Coral Draw. Vector lineart is preferred. We will attempt to use artwork submitted to our best ability; however, in the case that artwork submitted requires modification(s), we may request add'l. time to process the order; in turn this may affect the original promised shipdate. We will, of course, try our best to keep this to a minimum.

Proofs: Once an order is placed, UP TO THREE virtual "E-Proofs" will be emailed for approval at no charge after submission of artwork. Any further changes or additional proofs may warrant additional charges (in some cases). However we will ALWAYS make every attempt to accommodate your specific needs. Additional "standard" art requirements such as text typesetting, simple custom logo adjustments, and art modifications will be provided free of charge to the best of our abilities.

In other words, we'll try our best to get your product looking great without add'l. costs!
