Is it safe to shop on your website?

GreenPearle.com is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! takes security seriously and has taken steps to ensure the safety of the information you provide during the checkout process.

Yahoo! uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time Yahoo! asks you for a credit card number on Yahoo! for payment or for verification purposes, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers. Once you choose to store or enter your credit card number on Yahoo!, it will not be displayed back to you in its entirety when you retrieve or edit it in the future. Instead of the entire number, you will only see asterisks and either the first four digits or the last four digits of your number.

What is your policy for quantity and imprinted orders?

Quantity discounts, laser engraving and custom imprinting options start at a minimum of 25 units for most items. For writing instruments the minimum is as low as 50 units, depending on the item. For higher quantity price quotes please contact us by email, or call (888)893-1612. We will provide a quotation within 24 hours in most cases. Samples of imprinted / promotional items can be purchased by calling above number. Samples cannot be returned once they have been shipped.

What if I have questions regarding your products?

Are all the laser pointers you sell legal in the U.S.?

Unlike many online laser pointer retailers, we only carry products that are FDA approved and 100% legal in the U.S. We DO NOT in any way alter or modify our pointers to boost their power output, a dangerous and ILLEGAL practice which could harm us as a merchant and you as consumers.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not accept international orders. We do, however, ship to all states within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.

What is your Return and Refund Policy?

All items are backed by our Satisfaction Guarantee (this does not apply to imprinted orders). If you’re not completely satisfied with the product you receive, simply send it back to us within 15 days for a refund or exchange, no questions asked.

A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number is required when returning any merchandise. Please email us at: returns@greenpearle.com with your invoice date and number, along with the reason for return. An RMA number will be issued within 48 hours, and the item must be received FREIGHT PREPAID within 15 business days. We strongly suggest sending merchandise back to us with an insured carrier, for Greenpearle.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items that are lost or damaged during transit. Once the item is received in good condition, a refund will be issued. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Greenpearle.com reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges to items that appear used or damaged. Items returned without a RMA number will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued.

All Items can be exchanged for another item of EQUAL or LESSER value ONLY. When exchanging for an item of a lesser value, the difference will be refunded.

What does the One-Year Limited Warranty cover?

The warranty covers any defect found in the materials used to produce the item and in the construction of the item, for a one year period from the date of purcahse. Please retain your receipt as proof. If product shows signs of abuse or misuse, or has been disassembled, the warranty is void. For laser pointer items, returns or exchanges for defective merchandise within 90 days of purchase can be made through GreenPearle.com; any returns after that period must be done through the manufacturer.
