How Do I Place An Order for One of your Products?
Customer service is our number one goal. Therefore your purchase experience will be completely personalized. Do you offer rush service on your products?
Yes, many of the items we offer are available through RUSH SERVICE. Some items can be rushed free of charge, and some will require additional fees. For more info, please contact us by email, or call (888) 893-1612. We will provide a quotation within 24 hours in most cases. Samples of items can be requested by calling above number.

What if I have questions regarding your products?

What if I have an issue with my order?
We're here to help! Many of the items we offer have a standard One Year Manufacturer Warranty, meaning you are well protected in case issues arise. Also, we pride ourselves in providing the highest level of customer service in our industry, meaning we will ALWAYS provide a solution if you don't feel 100% satisfied with your purchase experience.

What payment method do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept purchase orders (our credit dept will contact you regarding conditions and terms).

Do you offer additional discounts for resellers?
We are factory direct on certain items we carry, and therefore we are able to offer additional discounts on those specific items. These include Presentation Remotes, USB Flash Drives, Power Banks (phone chargers), and Selfie Sticks (Monopods).
